ToupView for Windows XP and later is a very powerful microscope imaging application.
It has advanced features like extended depth of field EDF, HDR, and live image stitching.
As well as measurement, and class counting.
TWAIN and Direct Show drivers are available for use with other software, like ImageJ.
ToupLite is a lightweight application for use on Windows, Mac OS, and Linux computers.
