Software
ToupView for Windows XP and later is a very powerful microscope imaging application. It has advanced features like extended depth of field and live stitching on some cameras.
TWAIN and Directshow drivers are available for use with other software, like ImageJ.
ToupLite is a lightweight application for use on Windows, Mac OS, and Linux computers.
